DuraLite™ Double Welded Aluminum Structure

Ever-Lite travel trailers are built with the DuraLite Double Welded Aluminum Structure. DuraLite consists of six-sided double welded aluminum frame construction in the walls, roof and floors with header framing around all doors, windows and baggage door openings. This strong durable frame eliminates leaks and flexing, and is superior to wood construction used in other travel trailers that can rot when exposed to water.

Vacuum Lamination

Like all EverGreen RV products, the Ever-Lite travel trailer is built with vacuum lamination in the walls, roof and floor with block foam insulation. This process is far superior to pinch-rolled lamination. Dense, block foam insulation is coated with a water based urethane adhesive that becomes super bonded under the heat and high pressure of EverGreen's vacuum lamination process. This results in a stronger, yet lighter, more durable camper that won't delaminate and is better insulated for all seasons.

ComposiTek™

Ever-Lite's ComposiTek walls, floor and inner roof panels are longer lasting than wood, so your travel trailer will give you years of camping enjoyment. It also weighs less, making the Ever-Lite more lightweight and easy to tow. Composite materials resist moisture which can lead to rot, mold, and mildew that destroys other travel trailers. And because composites replace wood in the Ever-Lite's construction, there is less harmful VOC off-gassing, making the Ever-Lite travel trailer healthier for your family.

TPO Roofing

Ever-Lite travel trailers are constructed with a bright white mechanically applied vacuum laminated TPO roof membrane. EverGreen's roofing won't bubble or loosen, and the glue is spread evenly to create a walkable surface that is cooler and won't mold or mildew and requires less maintenance than conventional roofs. TPO is superior to rubber roof membranes that can bubble, loosen, mold, mildew or chalk.
