ComposiTek is a thermoplastic substrate comprised of poly propylene resin reinforced with continuous bidirectional fibers. It resists rot, corrosion, and mildew and is not affected by cleaning related chemicals, road residue, or environmental exposure. It provides significant energy absorption over traditional luan, plywood, or OSB substrates. It exhibits thermal expansion similar to aluminum.
