EverGreen Recreational Vehicles LLC was founded in December of 2008 with the premise that the recreational vehicle industry needed a new generation of innovative, durable, sustainable, eco-friendly, green travel trailers and fifth wheels with higher resale value built like none before. The vision of EverGreen is to use sustainable eco-friendly, recyclable, composite materials to replace wood and produce higher quality, longer-lasting products that are fully equipped, yet lightweight.

By utilizing eco-friendly composite materials, EverGreen Ever-Lite products are up to 20 percent lighter yet significantly stronger and more durable than comparable RVs. In addition, EverGreen's exclusive, vacuum-laminated, ComposiTek ^TM Construction process produces an eco-friendly RV with seamless flooring, walls and roofing for a tighter more waterproof exterior. The eco-friendly composites used in the ComposiTek Construction are virtually impervious to water to never rot, mold, mildew or deteriorate. This extends the life of Ever-Lite trailers and far beyond the life cycle of conventionally built wooden framed RVs. And since Ever-Lite products are built of recyclable composites, EverGreen's green RV will never end up in a landfill--how eco-friendly is that!

Evergreen's experienced management team, with over 100 years of combined knowledge, has the passion to change the RV industry by developing new materials and technologies for the first all composite, eco-friendly recreational vehicles. EverGreen has made the commitment to employ experienced quality minded personnel, invest in highly specialized equipment and instill a culture open to change. The "Green Team's" Director and Chairman of the Board, Kelly L. Rose, had the vision to start EverGreen Recreational Vehicles, LLC in December of 2008. Rose, an automotive and RV industry veteran has owned and launched a succession of successful private and public brands for both recreational vehicle manufacturing and Tier One automotive supplier firms, and is notably inducted into the RV Hall Of Fame. Long-time business and management associate Michael H. Schoeffler is Chief Executive Officer. Douglas M. Lantz, with 21 years of industry experience acts as president and chief operating officer of EverGreen™. Steven A. Crawford oversees production for the company as vice president of manufacturing. Kevin C. Slater is the vice president of sales and Kenneth A. Mahaffa, the industry's most experienced expert in lamination of composite materials, is EverGreen's vice president of materials research and development.
